Citizens & Southern is not closing.

C&S Events & Catering will conclude their lease on May 31 as they relocate to a new space.

The historic building at 148 W Main Street remains open and independently operated as Citizens & Southern, a premier event venue in downtown Spartanburg.

We are now accepting bookings beginning June 1, 2026, and look forward to welcoming the community for weddings, celebrations, and gatherings for years to come.
